What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The staff were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We initially were booked for a downstairs room due to one of us having mobility issues with a bad back. The room chosen for us was much too small for 3 people. We were moved to a room on the fourth floor which suited us much better. However, for anyone with mobility issues beware there is no elevator and the stairs are a killer. The staff graciously helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. All in all, despite the stairs, we had a very nice stay. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were great, the breakfast was great and the location was perfect.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The mattresses were not very comfortable.
