Very clean,quite place. Friendly and helpful staff.

Our group of 8 friends sharing two rooms had a wonderful stay! The location is very convenient with lots of city sites in walking distance, plus a small grocery store, coffee shops and places to eat just steps away. From the moment we arrived until we departed, everyone was so warm and friendly. The staff were always responsive to requests, whether we needed fresh towels, help arranging a taxi, or assistance with our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. We greatly appreciated staff accommodating dietary needs. What stood out most was when a wedding band was lost down a hole on a shelf and staff immediately took the situation seriously, showed genuine concern, and went above and beyond to help (and even removed part of a wall to retrieve it!). Their kindness and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality!

While the location is phenomenal, there can be some noise from the street and pubs close by, so some earplugs are recommended for guests.

Booking direct was smooth and superior to any booking company we've used. Staff was very helpful in every way they could be. We had an injury and needed ice at an inconvenient hour to ease the swelling; staff was understanding and helpful. Also got us upper sheets. Breakfasts were pleasant (especially the music), nutricious and delicious.

Your online information clearly stated there were no lifts, but we Americans, are too pampered and were a bit surprised there was no AC. (Our stay was during a record heat spell. As the world gets warmer, you may want to make that plain as well.

The room was tiny for three people and luggage.

Mostly that there was a room available for us when we arrived around 12:30. Was an enormous help to us. Mart was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely, and the service from the kitchen personnel was excellent. Location - super convenient.

If we were staying more than one night, we would have preferred a larger room and bath; it was much too small with no room to walk.
